- Focus Group Transcription (more than three people) - £1.30 per audio minute
- Transcription from handwritten copy - £7.00 per 1000 words
- Transcription from typed copy - £6.00 per 1000 words

Turnaround Times
- Interview Transcription (3 people or less) - allow 48 hours per 60
